Shift Into Appreciation When You’re Stuck

I know I have gotten stuck many times in my life and I still do.
It all stems from fear. Fear of doing something new and not wanting to fail, or caring what others may think, or fear of not succeeding. Some kind of fear.
One of the things that helps me, and I know has helped others, is when we are stuck and not wanting to move forward, is to find appreciation for people, places, things, nature, that are around us in any given moment.
Shift out of the fears that you are in at the moment, by doing what I spoke about a couple weeks ago, going on a rampage of appreciation.
As I spoke of before, appreciation, love and joy all have the highest energy vibration there is.
We are energy beings and we put off different levels of energy, depending on what we are feeling, what we are perceiving.
Joy may not be an easy feeling to get to, when we are living within fear. Only, love and appreciation are much easier to reach.
When I stop and look around me at nature, I hear the birds singing, I see my new granddaughter, my heart fills up with love and I’m feeling appreciation as well. This helps me to get unstuck and move out of whatever fear I had been in.
It’s our own responsibility to be giving off great, high energy vibrations as many moments throughout our days, as we can. We need to stop and pay attention to our own emotions, feelings and perceptions, and ask ourselves where we are at. Do frequent check-in’s with ourselves!
I choose to give to others I meet each day, rather than take. Don’t you?
So, I am saying that as we each take our own personal responsibility for what is going on with us, as many moments of our days as we can, and shift our feelings and perceptions, to those of love and appreciation, we will be giving back so much more to those we meet along our journey each day.
This is how I have learned to “string together” lots of moments of joy in my everyday life!
Don’t you agree that if each of us would “wake up” and pay attention to all of this, this world would be a much better place to live? Each of us really do make a difference, as we each affect what is going on around us, and this truly extends out into the wider world.
So, I challenge each of you to begin to pay attention to where you are at, all of the time. What is going on with you? Shift it and change it by looking at things around you with appreciation and love!
Yes, we are human and we will get irritated and unhappy, sad and angry. And when you catch yourself feeling some of these things, ask yourself, really ask yourself, what is going on, and how long do you want to live within these feelings and perceive your world this way?
Now you have some tools to not stay stuck as long as you have in the past.
I hope you will challenge yourself and begin to take ownership with your present moments instead of walking around blaming others for how you feel. This only keeps us from ultimately stepping up and becoming who we were truly meant to be!
